Registration

Bookings can now be made online and this is the preferred method of booking. Go to http://conventions.nss.scot.nhs.uk then select Public Health 2008

There is also a booking form included in the conference registration document (pdf) and places can be booked by returning the completed form with a relevant purchase order number or cheque payment.

Closing date for receipt of registration forms is 31 October 2008.
